Pendulum Glucose Control's strains are perishable if they are not kept cold, so it’s important to refrigerate Pendulum Glucose Control when it arrives and in between use


for maximum efficacy, make sure to use it within 2 months after opening. 

How often should I take Pendulum Glucose Control?

Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening, with food.

If you miss a dose, it’s okay to take two capsules next time to catch up.
