General Promotional Terms

Pendulum may modify or terminate promotional offers at any time and reserves the right to disqualify any customer who violates these terms or attempts to participate in a fraudulent or abusive manner. Pendulum is not responsible for technical issues that may delay or prevent participation in promotional offers.
