Kristin Neusel

MS, RDN, LD, CDCES

Kristin leads our team of Pendulum Registered Dietitians. She is super passionate about the gut microbiome, glucose & lipid metabolism, and making learning about nutrition FUN! She is on an endless pursuit to ensure her clients aren't afraid of adding fiber to their eating plans. Favorite food ever: Potatoes! If you cool potatoes after cooking them, they actually contain more of a resistant starch that acts as fiber and helps feed the gut microbiome.

Tara Karr

MS, RD, LDN, CDCES

Tara is one of our Dietitians here at Pendulum. As a self proclaimed foodie, her nutritional philosophy is that all foods can fit into a healthy meal plan. She is passionate about helping customers fuel their bodies and nurture their gut microbiome in such a way that they meet their health goals but also find JOY in eating. With a background in the clinical setting, she enjoys helping customers understand their personal glycemic response to foods through utilizing diabetes technologies! Favorite food? Homemade whole wheat pasta! By choosing whole wheat flour, you get four times the fiber of regular pasta and less of a post meal glucose spike!

Jennifer McManus

RD, LDN

Jennifer is one of our Registered Dietitians here at Pendulum. As a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur, Jen will provide you with the education, tools, and confidence you need to achieve your goals without “giving up” any of your favorite foods! Jen’s passions lie with education and disease prevention. She loves building relationships with her customers to help them achieve a healthier and happier microbiome. This cookie monster also loves grilled artichokes. With ten grams of fiber per serving, artichokes are one of the highest sources of fiber you can find!

Natalie Carabeo

MS, RDN, LDN

Natalie is a Florida native and comes to Pendulum Therapeutics with a load full of clinical nutrition experience- specifically gastroenterology and diabetes for both adults and pediatrics. When she is not reading up on the latest nutrition news- Natalie is brushing up on her communication skills, recently attaining a Master of Science in Marketing. Her Siberian husky- Logan- loves to run, play, and sing with her as Natalie is also a trained singer! While Natalie loves all foods, her favorite "go-to" is wings, celery, and of course the side of blue cheese dressing!
