MS, RDN, LD, CDCES

Kristen leads our team of registered dieticians. She is as passionate about the gut microbiome and glucose metabolism as she is about making nutrition education fun. She’s also on an endless pursuit to ensure Pendulum members aren’t afraid of adding fiber to their diets.

Favorite food?

Potatoes! If you cool potatoes after cooking them, they’ll have more resistant starch that helps feed the microbiome.

Jennifer McManus
RD, LDN, CDCES

Jennifer is a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur who will help you build the confidence you need to achieve your goals without giving up any of your favorite foods. Jen is passionate about nutritional education disease prevention, and loves building relationships to help customers achieve a healthier microbiome.

Favorite food?

This cookie monster also loves grilled artichokes. With 10 grams of fiber per serving, artichokes are one of the highest sources of fiber you can find.

Tara is a self-proclaimed foodie who believes that all food can fit into a healthy meal plan. She is passionate about helping Pendulum members fuel their bodies and find joy in eating. With a clinical background, she enjoys helping customers understand their personal glycemic response to foods.

Homemade whole wheat pasta! By choosing whole wheat flour, you get four times the fiber and less of a post-meal glucose spike.

Natalie is a Florida native with clinical nutrition experience—specifically gastroenterology and diabetes. When she’s not reading up on the latest nutrition news, Natalie is brushing up on her communication skills, and has recently earned a Master of Science in Marketing.
