Q. Why was Glucose Control so much more expensive before?
A. Glucose Control is unique in our product line—it's our highest potency formulation, with five different strains that need to be kept refrigerated from our facility to your door to maintain their effectiveness. Because of these special requirements, it was also our most expensive product to produce and ship. With so much opportunity to innovate, we were able to dramatically reduce the cost.
Q. Are the prices on other Pendulum products being reduced, also?
A. This specific price reduction doesn't extend to our other products right now, but we're constantly looking for ways to make our products more accessible while maintaining the high standards you count on—it's a core part of who we are and why we do what we do.
