Your guide to month two on Pendulum Glucose Control

You’ve gone and done it — hooray to you for completing your first 30 days of Pendulum Glucose Control! Ready to move on to month two? We’ve put together a quick and easy guide to help, motivate, and encourage you through the next 30 days. Keep up the great work. And know that we are with you every step of the way.


First, a few reminders...
  • Be sure to take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening, with food. If you miss a dose, it’s OK to take two capsules next time to catch up.

  • Refrigerate your second bottle when it arrives and in between use.

    Stay the course 

    We know it can be tough to see the finish line when you have two more months to go before measuring your A1C. Quick reminder: your A1C measurement, the gold standard for measuring glucose control, requires 3 months to see the full effect. That’s because red blood cells regenerate every 3 months on average, which means it’ll take time to see how changes in your blood glucose will impact your A1C levels.

    That said, you should be incredibly proud of yourself for the steps you’ve taken to help better manage your blood sugar levels. Living with type 2 diabetes takes a lot of heart, focus, and dedication, and you’ve already done the hardest part: knowing that you’re not in this alone, getting help, and taking back control of your life. 

    Take a little time each day to celebrate victories, big and small: put on your favorite song, get  lost in a good read, enjoy some sun, or spend time with loved ones. Whatever it takes for you to stay positive  and nourish your total well-being.
