Your Guide to Month Two on Pendulum Glucose Control

Congratulations on completing your first 30 days of Pendulum Glucose Control!

Are you ready to move on to month two?

We’ve put together a quick and easy guide to help, motivate, and encourage you through the next 30 days.

Keep up the great work. And know that we are with you every step of the way.

First, a few reminders
  • Be sure to take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening, with food. If you miss a dose, it’s OK to take two capsules next time to catch up.

  • Refrigerate your second bottle of Pendulum Glucose Control when it arrives, and in between use.
  •

    Stay the course

We know it can be tough to see the finish line when you have two more months to go before measuring your A1C.

Quick reminder: Your A1C measurement—the gold standard for measuring glucose control—requires 3 months to see the full effect. That’s because red blood cells regenerate every 3 months on average, which means it’ll take time to see how changes in your blood glucose will impact your A1C levels.

That said, you should be incredibly proud of yourself for the steps you’ve taken to help better manage your blood-sugar levels.

Living with Type 2 diabetes takes a lot of heart, focus, and dedication, and you’ve already done the hardest part by:

    • Knowing that you’re not in this alone
    • Getting help, and
    • Taking back control of your life

    Sharing is caring
